سياسة الخصوصية
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة ولا تُخزَّن نصًا).
- بيانات ديموغرافية اختيارية: تُطلب لأغراض المعايرة العلمية (كالفئة العمرية والخبرة).
- استجابات المقاييس: إجاباتك على بنود المقاييس والنتائج المحسوبة منها.
- بيانات الاستخدام: سجلات تقنية أساسية (الجلسات، تفاعلات الصفحات) لتشغيل المنصة وتحسينها.
2. أغراض المعالجة
- احتساب نتائجك وإصدار تقاريرك وتمكين وصولك للمنتجات المشتراة.
- تشغيل الحساب والإشعارات والدعم الفني.
- المعايرة العلمية: تُستخدم الاستجابات بصورة مجهولة الهوية (بعد فصلها عن بيانات التعريف) لمعايرة المقاييس وتطوير خصائصها السيكومترية.
3. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. تقتصر المشاركة على مزوّدي خدمات التشغيل الضروريين:
- ميسّر Moyasar: معالجة المدفوعات.
- مزوّد تسجيل الدخول (Google) عند اختيارك الدخول عبره — يقتصر على الاسم والبريد.
- مزوّد الاستضافة: تخزين آمن للبيانات.
قد نفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا النظام أو طلبتها جهة مختصة نظامًا.
4. الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا أو بقدر ما تقتضيه الالتزامات النظامية. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناته التعريفية؛ ويجوز الإبقاء على الاستجابات البحثية بصورة مجهولة الهوية لا يمكن ربطها بك.
5. حقوقك
- الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية وطلب نسخة منها.
- تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة.
- طلب الحذف أو سحب الموافقة على المعالجات الاختيارية.
تُقدَّم الطلبات عبر support@mliis.com ويُرد عليها خلال مدة معقولة وفق المتطلبات النظامية.
6. الأمان
نطبق إجراءات حماية تشمل تشفير الاتصال (HTTPS)، تشفير كلمات المرور، جلسات محدودة الصلاحية، وفصل صلاحيات الوصول. ورغم ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة مطلقة.
7. ملفات الجلسات (Cookies)
نستخدم ملفات جلسات ضرورية لتشغيل تسجيل الدخول وحفظ تقدّمك في المقاييس. لا نستخدم ملفات تتبع إعلانية لطرف ثالث.
8. التحديثات
قد تُحدَّث هذه السياسة، ويُعد تاريخ «آخر تحديث» مرجعًا. سيُشار للتغييرات الجوهرية داخل المنصة.
Privacy Policy
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, and password (hashed — never stored in plain text).
- Optional demographics: collected for scientific calibration (e.g., age range, experience).
- Scale responses: your answers to scale items and the scores computed from them.
- Usage data: essential technical logs (sessions, page interactions) to operate and improve the Platform.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Computing your results, generating reports, and enabling access to purchased products.
- Account operation, notifications, and technical support.
- Scientific calibration: responses are used in anonymized form (separated from identifying data) to calibrate the scales and develop their psychometric properties.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Sharing is limited to essential service providers:
- Moyasar: payment processing.
- Sign-in provider (Google) if you choose it — limited to name and email.
- Hosting provider: secure data storage.
We may disclose data where required by law or by a legally competent authority.
4. Retention & Deletion
We retain your data while your account is active or as legally required. You may request deletion of your account and identifying data; research responses may be retained in anonymized form that cannot be linked back to you.
5. Your Rights
- Access your personal data and request a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or withdraw consent for optional processing.
Requests: support@mliis.com, answered within a reasonable period per regulatory requirements.
6. Security
Safeguards include HTTPS encryption, password hashing, expiring sessions, and role-separated access. No transmission or storage method is absolutely secure.
7. Cookies
We use essential session cookies for sign-in and assessment progress. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated; the "Last updated" date is the reference. Material changes will be flagged in-platform.
