الشروط والأحكام
1. التعريفات والجهة المشغّلة
تُشغَّل هذه المنصة بواسطة منظومة الذكاء الداخلي — وثيقة عمل حر رقم FL-212170461، ويُشار إليها لاحقًا بـ«المنصة». باستخدامك المنصة أو إنشاء حساب أو إتمام عملية شراء، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل. إذا لم توافق على أي بند، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام المنصة.
2. طبيعة الخدمة
تقدّم المنصة خدمات رقمية تتمثل في مقاييس تشخيص قيادي (منظومة الذكاء الداخلي بمقاييسها الخمسة) وتقارير تفسيرية مبنية على استجابات المستخدم. جميع المنتجات رقمية فورية التسليم: يُفتح الوصول إلى المقياس أو الباقة مباشرة بعد تأكيد الدفع، وتُعرض التقارير داخل المنصة مع إمكانية تصديرها بصيغة PDF.
3. الإطار العلمي وحدود الاستخدام
لا تتحمّل المنصة مسؤولية القرارات المهنية أو الشخصية المتخذة استنادًا إلى النتائج وحدها.
4. الحساب والأهلية
- يشترط لإنشاء حساب أن يكون عمر المستخدم 18 عامًا فأكثر.
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن جميع الأنشطة عبر حسابك.
- يجب أن تكون البيانات المقدمة صحيحة ومحدّثة؛ ويحق للمنصة تعليق الحسابات المخالفة أو المسيئة.
5. الأسعار والدفع
- تُعرض جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي (SAR) بوضوح في صفحة الباقات قبل إتمام الشراء. النشاط غير خاضع لضريبة القيمة المضافة، فلا تُضاف أي ضريبة على المبلغ المعروض، والمبلغ الظاهر هو المبلغ النهائي المستحق.
- تُعالج المدفوعات عبر بوابة الدفع المرخّصة «ميسّر Moyasar» وتشمل: البطاقات الائتمانية، مدى، وApple Pay.
- لا تجمع المنصة أو تخزّن بيانات بطاقات الدفع بأي شكل؛ تتم المعالجة بالكامل ضمن بيئة ميسّر الآمنة المتوافقة مع معيار PCI-DSS.
- يُحسب المبلغ النهائي خادميًا ويُتحقق منه قبل منح الوصول؛ ولا يُفتح أي منتج قبل تأكيد الدفع من بوابة الدفع.
6. الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات المنصة — بما في ذلك المقاييس وبنودها (368 بندًا)، الإطار النظري، التقارير، الهوية البصرية، والشعار — ملكية فكرية محفوظة للجهة المشغّلة. شراؤك لأي باقة يمنحك ترخيص استخدام شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل، ولا يجيز إعادة نشر البنود أو التقارير أو استخدامها تجاريًا أو تدريبيًا دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
7. الاستخدام المقبول
- يُحظر أي استخدام يخالف الأنظمة السعودية أو يحاول اختراق المنصة أو استخراج بنود المقاييس آليًا.
- يُحظر إنشاء حسابات متعددة للتحايل على التسعير أو العينات البحثية.
8. التعديلات على الشروط
يحق للمنصة تحديث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة، ويُعد تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه مرجعًا. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التحديث يُعد قبولًا بالنسخة المحدّثة.
9. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ولوائحه الصادرة عن وزارة التجارة، وتختص جهات الاختصاص في المملكة بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

1. Definitions & Operating Entity
This platform is operated by Internal Intelligence System (MLIIS) — Freelance Document No. FL-212170461 ("the Platform"). By using the Platform, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Nature of the Service
The Platform provides digital services consisting of leadership assessment scales (the five MLIIS scales) and interpretive reports based on user responses. All products are digital and instantly delivered: access opens immediately upon payment confirmation, and reports are viewable in-platform with PDF export.
3. Scientific Scope & Limits of Use
The Platform bears no liability for professional or personal decisions made solely on the basis of results.
4. Accounts & Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Information provided must be accurate and current; the Platform may suspend violating or abusive accounts.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are clearly displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) on the pricing page before checkout. The activity is not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT); no tax is added to the displayed amount, which is the final amount payable.
- Payments are processed via the licensed gateway Moyasar, supporting credit cards, mada, and Apple Pay.
- The Platform never collects or stores card data; processing occurs entirely within Moyasar's PCI-DSS-compliant environment.
- The final amount is computed and verified server-side; no product is unlocked before gateway confirmation.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content — including the scales and their 368 items, the theoretical framework, reports, visual identity, and logo — is protected intellectual property. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license; republishing items or reports, or commercial/training use, requires prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
- Any use violating Saudi regulations, attempting to breach the Platform, or automatically extracting scale items is prohibited.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent pricing or research samples is prohibited.
8. Changes to These Terms
The Platform may update these terms as needed; the "Last updated" date above is the reference. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce. Competent Saudi authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute.
